Area of production: Toscana – Siena & Firenze Grape varieties: selected Sangiovese grapes Colour: deep, clear ruby red tending to garnet with age Bouquet: intense with light aroma of “mammola” violet, complete, elegant & penetrating. The flavour is harmonic, dry, full & slightly tannic refining to smooth & velvety with time Alcohol: 12% - 13% Winemaking techniques: temperature controlled maceration on skins ageing in oak barrels & in other noble woods & refinement in bottle. To obtain the “riserva” quality, Chianti Classico requires more years of ageing & a higher alcohol content of 12,5% Gastronomy: this wine goes well with noble & common game, red meat & spicy mature cheeses, excellent with mushroom pasta & “risotto”, roast meat, stewed meat 6 chestnuts. Serve at a temperature of 18°/20° C |

Serve at a temperature of 18° - 20° C, allowing the wine to breathe before pouring |

It has a strong personality with a dry, full, smooth & balanced flavour Winemaking techniques: the wine obtained is subjected to an ageing period of at least 4 years in oak barrels & at least 12 month in the bottle Alcohol: 13% Gastronomy: excellent with pasta dishes with wild board & meat sauces, with tasty noble game roasts & poultry. DI VERNACCIA DI SAN GIMIGNANO Area of production: Toscana – San Gimignano (Si) Grappa produced from the artisan distillation of the marc of Vernaccia di San Gimignano, immediately following separation from the must by soft pressing. The grappa obtained maintains all the primary aromas of the grapes ehich are generously passed on the grappa. Alcohol: 43% Gastronomy: this is a delicate white grappa which can be served at room temperature or slightly chilled with desserts or at the end of the evening.
